To the delight of residents, HRH the Princess Royal opened the Orders of St John Homes Care Trust (OSJCT) state of the art care centre, took a guided tour, and enthusiastically discussed the innovative facilities which cater especially for dementia sufferers.

Commemorating a special day The 64-bed Lakes Care Centre, South Cerney, Glos., specialising in dementia care, joins their existing 70 plus residential homes across four counties: Gloucestershire, Lincolnshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. Interior design consultants provided special consideration for dementia needs with high standard, sympathetic decoration; a secure outside landscaped garden with seating areas features sensory plants.
