Edinburgh

At lunch time the Volunteers in Edinburgh link up with the students from the University of Edinburgh and go out with the Bethany Trust Care Van. The van stops at four pre-arranged locations in the city centre from which coffee, sandwiches, fruit and biscuits are handed out to those waiting at the locations. The sandwiches are made up by a group of students at the Chaplaincy of the University, At Christmas and Easter parcels containing clothes and toiletries are given to the homeless as well as the sandwiches.
