A warm welcome as the London soup kitchen reopens for guests

10 September 2020

Measuring out the correct distancing

With covid measures modified, the Order’s members and Companions geared up to provide supper and company to homeless guests – with the first supper event on 10 September back at base, St James’s Spanish Place, since lockdown.
There were greetings all round, with a delicious supper provided, together with a takeaway picnic breakfast, as volunteers and guests caught up on what covid has meant for so many.

PPE regulations continue to be strictly followed, with distancing carefully measured out.
